WireWalkers

Projects on the Tempelhofer Feld

Anyone can learn to walk a tightrope! Coraggio stretches its ropes for people of (almost) all ages and opened the high ropes course arena on Tempelhofer Feld in 2024 [old project name until August 2025].

From 11 August 2025, the name Hochseilarena will be replaced and the project will be called WireWalkers.
With the new name, we are placing more focus on our community, the group and the people who make the project possible.

At WireWalkers, we create encounters between people who are keen to try out new things and learn how to balance. We welcome personal initiative and creative ideas that we can realise together in the high ropes arena.

With our trainers, adults and young people aged 13 and over learn to balance on ropes between 0.5 and 6 metres step by step. Adrenalin, moments of happiness and a rush of freedom included!

Coraggio means courage - and encouraging culture is our commitment.

Since 2019, Coraggio - Die Kulturanstifter e.V. has been offering holistic cultural education with theatre, circus and dance for people of all ages in various Berlin districts. We are people from the fields of social work, artistry and cultural education.

We believe that Everyone has the right to help shape society and their own lives. With our unique combination of circus, education and social work, we enable new worlds of experience and holistic learning with all the senses. Our aim is to create an inclusive society with self-confident personalities and to counteract social injustice and social division.
