The development and maintenance plan (EPP) defined the corridors of action for the further development of Tempelhofer Feld, which was divided into four sub-areas for this purpose.
The implementation of the development measures is accompanied by the participation model stipulated in the EPP. The main focus is on measures to create and secure barrier-free access, redesign and increase the efficiency of the entrance areas and the qualified development of recreational, leisure and sports facilities in the peripheral areas of Tempelhofer Feld.

Sub-area Oderstraße: More usage options, higher quality of stay
The construction and development measures in the Oderstraße subarea on the Neukölln side of Tempelhofer Feld serve the sustainable redevelopment and development of the entrance areas and the open space and are a component in the continuous qualification of Tempelhofer Feld as a place for leisure, recreation, exercise and nature conservation.
