Changing food offers on Tempelhofer Feld
In addition to the existing offerings, an innovative approach for changing gastronomy is being implemented on the field. The so-called “food incubator” aims to enable people with gastronomic ideas to bring their idea to guests and test it without a lot of bureaucratic effort or large amounts of capital. The aim is to create a low-threshold and easy-to-implement process to expand the culinary offering and at the same time check the needs and locations for their suitability and economic viability. A number of conditions must be met: The business should run for six to eighteen weeks, at least four days a week. The products should preferably be regional and at least partly of organic quality. Inquiries and applications for the food incubator can be sent to oliver.marzahn(at)gruen-berlin.de.
